In Final Cut Pro X, it is easier to recover from moved or deleted media file problems
Final Cut Pro X manages all of your media files by grouping them in various Events that you create. This makes it more difficult, but not impossible, for media files to go missing. Events can be moved, deleted or renamed, and Apple recommends that you do these operations from within Final Cut Pro itself so that FCPX can always properly keep track of the media files. But there will be times when you move, delete, or rename files directly in the Finder, and that could prevent FCPX from properly referencing the media files.
iPhone Commercial Rejects
On the commercials for Apple's iPhone 4s, the Siri virtual assistant seems to understand every word uttered by Samuel L. Jackson and Zoe Deschanel. Other potential celebrity spokespeople were not so lucky.

ASSIMLATE announced further expansion of its sales and technical support presence in India with the appointment of reseller DOTS Techno-Creative Solution, nationwide. In response to India's demand for high-quality file-based workflows to support its burgeoning Bollywood and broadcast markets, ASSIMILATE opened a sales and technical support division for its SCRATCH product line in Mumbai in October 2011, and has since built a strong network of knowledgeable resellers and authorized training centers.
NBC and Fox Comment on Dish's Commercial-Skipping Service
Dish's new auto hop feature on its Hopper DVR will take the commercials out of primetime. And so far, NBC and Fox aren't so thrilled by the idea. NBC's Ted Harbert even called it an "attack" on TV.
