Problem: Your project has a scene where two characters are driving in a car and having a discussion. Content Insider # 286 - Word from Our Sponsor
140 Characters Isn't PR, It's a Job Opportunity for Real Writers
Sponsored content sounds so much nicer than advetorial or paid editorial. But as marketing folks work to find better, more effective ways to reach you, convince you to buy professionally written sponsored content coming into its own. Of course that's hard for some publicists to do when they limit themselves to 140 characters or releases about innovative, leading edge solutions from the world/industry leader in whatever. That's ok there are plenty of good editorial writers and journalists out there who can write a solid educational, informational job. You know something that isn't filled with hype, pablum that very few read, even fewer believe. If publicists don't know how to/don't want to work at writing there are super journalists ready to take on the task. Good, balanced writing is good, balanced writing.

Camera Tripods
In the age of smartphones and tablets a forgotten piece of video kit is the humble tripod - David Hague looks to rectify this
We are often asked when a tripod should be used, and the generic answer is "whenever you have one with you". Unless you purposely want that jerky, jumpy video look that was a trademark of some TV shows for a period, there is nothing worse than a video that is not rock steady. There is a reason that TV camera operators routinely use them no matter the circumstances. Trust me, you wouldn't lug one of those dirty big TV camera tripods around everywhere with you by choice! But not all tripods are created equal. The one you can buy for $15 in Big W has nothing in common with any of the tripods you'll see in this story other than it has three legs and a screw to mount a camera!
