Q: How often does the newsletter come out?

A: The newsletter is usually published and mailed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with an occasional news bulletin on Tuesday or Thursday.

Q: What information does the newsletter contain?

A: The newsletter is a condensed guide to the latest news stories, tutorials, and digital media opportunities available through the Digital Media Net community of resources.

Q: What is the charge for the newsletter subscription?

A: The newsletter subscription is free.

Q: I receive the mail, but it is blank or I get an error message or jumbled code!

A: The Digital Media Net Newsletter is an HTML-based letter. Your e-mail client (the program you read e-mail with) must be capable of displaying mail that contains HTML Tags. Check your manual to see if you can enable this feature in your software. If not, we have an alternate Text-only verision of the newsletter that should suit your purposes.

Q: What happens if your email domain name changed? I subscribed under xxxxx@domainname.net. My company got the rights to and is now using domainname.com. That means I now send email using xxxxx@domainname.com. I can't change the domain name, so how can I send e-mail from this old account?

A: Well, you can't, obviously. What you CAN do is send mail using the other button above, explaining this situation and including your original e-mail address.
